PAYMENT TERMS Cash, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and ATM / Debit Cards are accepted. 50% Non-Refundable advance deposit is required to secure rented unit(s). Final Payment is due prior to equipment set-up. In the Event of Cancellation, the deposit will be applicable for future bookings, but will NOT be refunded. No Refunds issued, or made applicable for future bookings, after rental equipment has been setup. RENTAL DELIVERY Delivery will be to address specified by customer within 1 to 3 hours prior to the drop-off time. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved JUMP and usage time only. Customer represents and warrants that he/she has secured any and all necessary permits to allow us entrance into property for delivery and pickup, and will return unit(s) at the approximate specified pick up time. RENTED PROPERTY WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO ANY PERSON UNABLE TO PRODUCE A COPY OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. RULES & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS User Safety depends on the presence of an adult while the unit is in use. Every effort has been made to ensure the rental unit(s) is/are safe, clean, and reliable for our customers. Safe operation of the inflatable unit(s) and adherence to all rules is sole responsibility of the customer. Each piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your use. Rules to follow for the safe use of the unit are: · No shoes, sharp objects, silly string, putty, liquids, food, and / or drink allowed inside the bounce house at any time. · No flips, summersaults, climbing or hanging on the nets or the outer wall of the unit. · Keep all participants away from the blower motor and electrical connections at all times. · Only allow users of similar age range / height into bouncer at the same time. (Under 8 years of age: No more than 8 users. From 9-12 years of age: No more than 6 users. Children over 12 years of age: No more than 4 users. Adults: No more than 2 at a time.) TERMS OF LEASE Customer shall be in charge of leased property and is fully responsible for safe operation after receiving the unit, as well as return of unit(s) in working order. Bounce Party Fun employees are free and blameless of any injury or property loss claims. In case there is DAMAGE done to equipment provided by Bounce Party Fun, the customer will be held responsible for cost of repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for securing unit(s) and all its components to prevent THEFT. In the event that the unit or any of its components are stolen or destroyed, customer agrees to be fully responsible for the replacement cost of the unit and/or components. WEATHER Based on safety concerns, Bounce Party Fun has the right to refuse setting up equipment due to heavy downpour or winds exceeding 25mph. In such an event, the 50% deposit will be applicable for future bookings, but will NOT be refunded. Should rain or heavy winds arise DURING your event, please evacuate unit quickly and safely, then unplug until safe to operate again. Please dry inside of unit prior to resuming use. No Refunds issued, or made applicable for future bookings, after rental equipment has been setup. DEFLATION PROBLEMS If unit begins to deflate, evacuate all users. See if motor has stopped, check the power cord connections, and restore if necessary. If all connection is secure, check circuit breaker, switch to ‘on’ position and refrain from using other electrical appliances on the same circuit while the motor is in operation. If the motor continues to run, check for blockage of air intake screen on side of motor. Remove any debris restricting airflow. Also check tubes on back of unit, ensure that straps are securely fastened and re-tie if necessary. If problems continue, call us immediately. DO NOT TRY TO OPERATE IF UN-SAFE TO DO SO OR UNSURE.
